Abstract
This study analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of intellectual property (IP) management, utilization, and commercialization at Nguyen Tat Thanh University in its linkage with enterprises. The survey results show that although the university has introduced several incentive policies and established initial management mechanisms, the commercialization of intellectual property remains many limitations due to a lack of experience, funding, facilities, and supply–demand connectiions. Accordingly, the study proposes improving the IP governance merchanism and developing infrastructure to support commercialization in order to strengthen university enterprise collaboration and contribute to the national innovation ecosystem.
