Abstract

In the current context of educational innovation, scientific research activities conducted by lecturers at Universities of Education play a crucial role in enhancing training quality, developing lecturers’ professional competencies, improving students’ research capacity, and generating new knowledge, solutions, and technologies to advance educational sciences, disciplinary fields, and contribute to local socio-economic development. Although the scientific research activities of lecturers at Universities of Education have shown certain strengths, limitations remain in their awareness of research objectives, the implementation of research contents and methods, the evaluation of research outcomes, as well as the conditions necessary to support these activities.
